Cancellation Policy – Trimmeron
At Trimmeron, we understand that plans change. That’s why we offer a flexible cancellation policy to make your shopping experience smooth and hassle-free.
1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment
- You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, or before it is shipped — whichever is earlier.
- To cancel, please email us at trimmeron82@gmail.com or call us with your order number and reason for cancellation.
- If the order is not yet shipped, we will process your cancellation and initiate a full refund within 2–4 business days.
2. Cancellation After Shipment
- Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return once the product is delivered (see our Return Policy).
3. Prepaid Orders
- Eligible prepaid cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method.
- Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Repeated cancellations on COD orders may result in restriction of COD service for that customer.
COD orders can also be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us.
