1. Eligibility for Returns
- Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered will not be accepted for return.
- To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Used or opened cosmetic and personal care items.
- Items marked as final sale or discounted/clearance.
- Free gifts, trial packs, or promotional items.
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
- Email us at trimmeron82@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Mention your order ID, reason for return, and attach product images (if applicable).
- Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with instructions.
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
5. Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
6. Exchange Policy
If you need a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
